These Terms govern your access to and use of SkyPulse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SkyPulse: no reverse engineering, no interfering with the service, no unauthorized data collection.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Billing.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Flight data is provided on a best-effort basis.
Liability
SkyPulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
